Nassa to Release 2nd Album Titled Madi Ko Pele

Tyson Marumo also known as Nassa in the music industry will release his Mbaxanga second album titled "Madi ko Pele" towards the end of April this year.

The album will have 12 tracks namely Chelete, palesa, cindrella, jika majika, babereki, mahlathini, sokoma, ke bitswa mang, lucife, baruti, pelo molotsana , stonkana.

"Through this album, I want to tell people that the lifestyle that we live nowadays is all about money. Modern life is about money unlike in the past and that is why ill behaviour like passion killings and suicide are on the rise so we have to bring back our culture," said Nassa.

Nassa mentioned that he chose to do Mbaxanga because of the fact that he is trying to bring culture back. "Mbaxanga is an old golowe tune and is easy for our grandparents to affiliate with.

The different part is that we have developed it with modern instruments for young generations to enjoy it," added Nassa.

Quizzed on how his first album did in the market, Nassa said "through my first album, i wasn't after money but only wanted to brand my name and get to understand the flactuations of the music industry and now I know what is needed for you to penetrate the music industry."

Nassa said that he was born to be a musician. "To me music is a calling just like prophecy is to some and i also grew up loving music," he added.

In the music industry, Nassa said he is inspired by the late Cisco B through his unique sound, lyrics arrangement and the fact that he was a great composer.

The album is recorded at Next Level Productions.
