Over the weekend, the Ministry of Basic Education and Child Welfare, hosted the Annual Africa Day for School Feeding at Royal Aaria Stadium in Tlokweng.

The Ministry of Youth and Gender Affairs hosted a Gender Based Violence (GBV) campaign as part of the national week of prayer at Avani Hotel in Gaborone.    The Minister, Lesego Chombo, delivered the keynote address, concluding that with an ominous warning that: “After a I step off this stage it could me.”

The Minister of Local Government and Traditional Affairs, Ketlhalefile Motshegwa today confirmed that the Government is currently reviewing the Bogosi Act of 2008 after completing consultations with relevant stakeholders.
